Andrew Irby has been in the construction industry since 2010. He started as a construction laborer building decks, installing windows, framing, flooring, roofing, and so much more. From there, he went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, while working as a Construction Estimator through college. Upon graduating, he was hired as a Project Engineer/Manager with one of the largest Construction Management firms in Knoxville. His commercial and industrial experience includes managing projects ranging from $1M up to $100M+. Andrew also has vast experience in residential construction, having spent much time flipping his own homes.

Andrew is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a proud veteran, having spent 7 years in the Army National Guard as a commissioned Infantry Officer.

Andrew and his wife Sarah recently moved back to Morristown, TN, where Sarah was raised for most of her life. The two created Irby Builders with the hopes of not only growing a successful business, but also hoping to help grow and build the community that has already given their family so much.

 

Andrew Irby has a BC license with capabilities of serving the residential, commercial, and industrial building disciplines.
